Old Key West Resort at the Walt Disney World Resort -- opened in December 1991.
The 497-room, Key West-style resort located in the heart of Walt Disney World
features a quaint waterfront boardwalk and village of colorful,
clapboard-sided, tin-roofed residence buildings. Resort amenities include a
themed restaurant, four on-site pools, a well-stocked general store, two
children's play areas, tennis and volleyball courts, a lighthouse sauna, four
outdoor spas, outdoor barbeque grills, an exercise facility and marina. Every
vacation villa also has a beautiful water, Lake Buena Vista Golf Course or
woods view.
Accommodations include deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom
homes and two-story, three-bedroom Grand Villas that sleep up to 12. Dining
includes Olivia's Cafe, a family-style restaurant and poolside fare at the
Gurgling Suitcase or Good's Food to go. Rooms include wet bar, microwave and
small refrigerator, or a full kitchen. Health club, tennis, swimming pool,
sauna and planned recreation. Linked by motor coach to all other Walt Disney
World resorts and entertainment facilities
